modes of payment › gcash ⋆ maribank
modes of delivery › j&t ⋆ lalamove
location › valenzuela city, metro manila

⟡ items are either on hand or for pre-order through a group order manager.

⟡ prices indicated are exclusive of the packaging fee, local shipping fee, and other applicable fees (e.g., international shipping fee) unless otherwise stated.

⟡ requests for cancellation will not be entertained once the order confirmation has been issued.

⟡ the payment scheme depends on the item you are claiming.
— for items that are on-hand, you must pay in full upfront. your claim will be reserved for five days upon issuance of the order confirmation, after which it will be voided if no payment has been made.
— for items that are for pre-order or are soon to be on hand, you may pay in full or settle 50% or 70% non-refundable down payment first, with balance to be paid once your order is on hand. the minimum required non-refundable down payment varies on a case-by-case basis and will always be mentioned in the selling tweet/post.

⟡ an arrival notice will be sent once your order is on hand, which will include details on your outstanding balance. failure to settle this by the designated deadline of payment will automatically incur a late payment fee of ₱20 per exceeding day, up to a week. if no payment is made within this period, your order will be considered abandoned and put up for sale without notice, regardless of your prior payment.

⟡ reminders will not be issued. please track your orders responsibly and be mindful of deadlines.

⟡ no rush shipping.
— j&t pickup is scheduled within three to five days once order is fully paid.
— if considering same-day delivery via lalamove, i am available in the afternoon on weekdays. please let me know if you would otherwise like to schedule the delivery for a different time frame and/or on a weekend so i can confirm my availability for your preferred arrangement!

︎︎⟡ the maximum storage period for arrived orders is one month, starting from the date of issuance of the arrival notice. this can be extended indefinitely should you have other items that are soon to be on hand and would like to opt for consolidated shipping.

︎︎⟡ i am not liable for losses, damages, or delays in the arrival of your order once it is shipped out. while i see to it that items are packed as securely as possible, please understand that any mishandling on the courier's part is out of my control.

︎︎⟡ the masterlist (accessible via the link below) is regularly updated to reflect the status of all active orders.

︎⟡ please do not hesitate to contact me anytime for any inquiries or concerns regarding your order!
